SOFTEL DM is to enable automatic or manual provisioning of handsets in a mobile network, and to provide advanced inventory management at the device level. SOFTEL DM platform supports GSM, UMTS, LTE and CDMA networks. It can automatically detect new combinations of SIM cards and mobile devices and based on business rules, take decisions whether the device settings should be reconfigured.
